CSI organizes the first Italian Training “HARPC” .

HARPC (Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls) is a US standard integrated with the Food Safety Management System (FSMA). The HARPC has as objectives to make an hazard analysis for every manufacturing process and to implement a HARPC plan that develops the preoperative controls, their monitoring and their check.

The HARPC takes into account also the intentional adulteration and frauds.
