BRC Global Standard for Food safety and IFS International Food Standard

The BRC and IFS standard apply to food production/processing companies subsequently  the primary phase and define a series of requirements aimed for the correct management of the hygienic aspects in all the phases of the management of the processes, production and distribution of the food production industry.

The certification guarantees the conformity of the process, not that of the product.

BRC and IFS are standards recognized by GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative), an international initiative that aims to promote food security along the entire supply chain.
